Hamburger a'la McDonald's

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 1
Dried onion flakes
½ tsp.
Boiling water
2 tsp.
Ground beef
1/8 lb., preferably 5% fat
Plain hamburger bun
1
Salt
to taste
Ketchup
1 tbsp.
Prepared mustard
½ tsp.
Mayonnaise
1/3 cup (optional)
Sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp (optional)
Lettuce
1 leaf
Dill pickle
1, sliced, sour kind
American cheese
1 slice, optional
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the onion flakes and boiling water and leave for several minutes until the onion is no longer dry.
  2. Rolling the ground beef, form a ball, then put it on waxed paper and press flat until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Prepare a dry frying pan and brown the faces of bun over a medium heat.
  4. Remove the bun and cook the burger in the same pan for about 2 minutes per side. Season each side with salt during cooking.
  5. Spread ketchup, mustard, mayo, sweet pickle relish, and onion on the top half of the bun and top with a slice of pickle and lettuce.
  6. Place the beef patty on the bottom part of the bun and then quickly slap the two parts together. Microwave on high for 10 to 15 seconds.
  7. If you want a cheeseburger, add a slice of cheese on top of the beef patty.
