Summer is close and so is your perfect grilled burger!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Lean ground beef
1 ½ lbs.
Onion
½, finely chopped
Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese
½ cup, shredded
Soy sauce
1 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp.
Egg
1
Dry onion soup mix
1 (1 oz.) envelope
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Garlic powder
1 tbsp.
Dried parsley
1 tsp.
Dried basil
1 tsp.
Dried oregano
1 tsp.
Dried rosemary
½ tsp., crushed
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat a grill to a high heat.
- Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl and form 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for about 5 minutes per side or until ready.
- Serve the patties on buns adding the ingredients you like.
