INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Baking potatoes 
4 (8-oz) 
Romano cheese 
2 tbsps, grated
Seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp
Butter 
2 tbsps, melted
Salt 
to taste
Pepper 
to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Peel potatoes and keep them in cold water. Place potato into a large spoon. Make slices across the potato the short way (make sure to cut down to the lip of the spoon). 
  3. Place cut potatoes (cut side up) in a baking dish. Drizzle the potatoes with 1 tbsp butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the oven and drizzle with 1 tbsp butter. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs onto the tops of the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes more. Enjoy your Cheesy Hasselback Potatoes!
