This exquisite lasagna is worth the effort you put into the cooking process!
INGREDIENTS

Onion
¾ cup, chopped
Garlic cloves
2, minced
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Tomato sauce
1 (46 oz.) jar
Lean ground turkey
1 lb.
Ricotta cheese
16 oz., part-skim
Fat-free mozzarella cheese
12 oz., shredded
Parmesan cheese
¼ cup, grated
Eggs

Lasagna noodle
1 lb., cooked
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
- Add onion, garlic, turkey, and olive oil to a large saucepan.
- Add tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and eggs in a medium bowl.
- Take a 9x13 baking dish and add the following ingredients in layers – 2 cups sauce, half of the cooked noodles, half of the remaining sauce, all cheese mixture, half of the mozzarella, the second part of the noodles, and the sauce.
- Spray foil with cooking spray and bake for 45 minutes or until hot.
- Uncover, top with the rest of mozzarella, and bake for 15 more minutes.
- Add some Parmesan, let the lasagna cool down for 15 minutes, and serve.
