These easy chocolate truffles are equally healthy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 20
Dark chocolate chips
1 cup, melted
Vanilla extract
1 tsp
Kosher salt
1/4 tsp
Medium avocado
1, mashed
Cocoa powder
1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Combine avocado, chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture using a cookie scoop. Roll in the palm of your hand until round. Roll the chocolate truffles in cocoa. Serve and enjoy!
