These deliciously healthy green pancakes require no food coloring!
INGREDIENTS

Spinach
4 cups
Eggs
2
Coconut oil
1 tbsp
Vanilla extract
1 tsp
Honey
2 tbsp
Plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup
Milk
1/4 cup
Flour
1 1/2 cup
Salt
1/2 tsp
Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, blend spinach, eggs, oil, vanilla, honey, yogurt, and milk until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Mix the flour mixture with the spinach mixture until combined. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Heat a greased pan over low. Pour the mixture (1/4 cup per pancake) onto the pan. Cook Healthy Green Pancakes until golden on both sides. Serve and enjoy!
