INGREDIENTS
Servings: 24
Old-fashioned oats
4 cups
Dried plums
1 cup, chopped
Walnuts
1 cup, chopped
Cinnamon
2 tsps
Kosher salt
½ tsp
Brown sugar
1 ½ cups
Butter
¾ cup
No-stick cooking spray 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F/180° C/ Gas Mark 4.
  2. Apply the non-stick cooking spray to a baking sheet.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, plums, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Ina medium saucepan, melt together sugar and butter until blended well.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the oat mixture, stir well. Press in an even layer into the baking sheet.
  6. Bake until the edges become light golden (about 20 minutes). Cut into 24 separate bars while hot. Set aside to cool, then cut again, wrap each in plastic wrap.
