INGREDIENTS

Garbanzo beans
2 cups, canned, drained
Tahini
1/3 cup
Lemon juice
¼ cup
Salt
1 tsp.
Garlic
2 cloves, halved
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Paprika
1 pinch
Parsley
1 tsp., fresh, minced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put the first five ingredients (from beans to garlic) in a food processor and blend until smooth, then transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
  2. Drizzle oil over the bean mixture and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
