Herb-Marinated Edam
INGREDIENTS

Rosemary
2 sprigs
Garlic
2 cloves, crushed
Parsley
1 tbsp, minced
1 small chile pepper
Edam cheese
1 1/3 cup (8 oz), cubed
Extra virgin olive oil
½ cup
DIRECTIONS
Put rosemary, garlic, parsley, chile pepper and Edam cheese in a canning jar (12.5 oz). Pour olive oil and mix. Cover the jar and marinate for at least 2 hours at room temperature. Store in the fridge. Let the mixture warm to room temperature before serving.
