INGREDIENTS
Servings: 20
Bone-in ham
1 (10 lb.), fully cooked
Dark brown sugar
1 ¼ cups, packed
Pineapple juice
1/3 cup
Honey
1/3 cup
Orange
1/3, large, juiced, zested
Dijon mustard
2 tbsp.
Ground cloves
¼ tsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 325° F/165° C/Gas Mark 3.
  2. Put the ham in a roasting pan.
  3. Prepare a small saucepan and combine all the remaining ingredients in it (from brown sugar to ground cloves).
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Set the dish aside.
  5. Bake for 2 hours, uncovered, remove from oven and brush with the glaze. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, repeating the brushing every 10 minutes.
