Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup
Honey
¼ cup
Hot chili pepper sauce
¼ cup
Chicken wings
4 lbs., bone-in, thawed
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the first three ingredients (from balsamic vinegar to sauce), whisk them together, and set the sauce aside.
- Put the wings on the grill over a direct low heat.
- Grill for about 15 minutes per side.
- Baste the wings with the sauce, turn, and cook until done and the desired crispness and color are reached.
