Honey Garlic Shrimp

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Shrimp
1 lb., peeled, deveined, with tail on
 Garlic
1 tsp., minced
 Ginger
½ tsp., minced
 Honey
4 tbsp.
 Soy sauce
2 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all the ingredients from garlic to soy sauce, divide into half, and marinate the shrimp with it for 15 to 30 minutes. Discard the marinade.
  2. Pan sear the shrimp with oil over a medium high heat in a 10-inch skillet. Cook in 2 batches on both sides for about 1 minute per side or until browned.
  3. With tongs, rub the shrimp in the caramelized bits on the bottom of the pan.
  4. Drizzle with the rest of the sauce and serve.
