INGREDIENTS

Shrimp
1 lb., peeled, deveined, with tail on
Garlic
1 tsp., minced
Ginger
½ tsp., minced
Honey
4 tbsp.
Soy sauce
2 tbsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients from garlic to soy sauce, divide into half, and marinate the shrimp with it for 15 to 30 minutes. Discard the marinade.
- Pan sear the shrimp with oil over a medium high heat in a 10-inch skillet. Cook in 2 batches on both sides for about 1 minute per side or until browned.
- With tongs, rub the shrimp in the caramelized bits on the bottom of the pan.
- Drizzle with the rest of the sauce and serve.
