Honey Pork Chops

These pork chops are incredibly tender, juicy, and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Honey 
1/4 cup
Yellow mustard 
2 tbsps
Butter 
1 tbsp
Center-cut boneless pork chops 
1 1/2 lbs
Garlic powder 
 to taste 
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine honey and mustard. Mix well. 
  2. In a skillet, heat butter over medium-high. Add pork. Sprinkle the pork chops with half the garlic powder and cook for about 3 minutes. When the pork chops are brown, turn them over and sprinkle with garlic powder. Cook for 3 minutes. 
  3. Brush honey mixture over pork chops. Turn the meat over and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the meat over, brush the other side with the honey sauce and cook for 5 min (until no longer pink inside).
