This broccoli and ham frittata is great for brunch but also can be an easy dinner option.

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Eggs

Heavy cream 
1/3 cups 
Salt 
to taste
Ground black pepper 
to taste
Frozen broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups, thawed  
Deli ham
1/2 cup, chopped
Mild Cheddar cheese 
1/2 cup, shredded
Monterey Jack cheese 
1/2 cup, shredded
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 300° F (150° C/Gas mark 2). 
  2. In a bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, salt (1 tsp), and ground black pepper until smooth. Fold in broccoli, ham, and cheeses. 
  3. Pour into an oven-safe non-stick skillet. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Before serving, allow the Cheddar frittata to sit for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
