Healthy tuna patties: These easy-to-make tuna patties are great dipped in your favorite sauce!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Tuna 
3 (5 oz) cans, drained
Eggs 
2
Ground black pepper 
1 pinch
Vegetable oil 
3 tbsps
Lemon juice 
2 tsps
Parmesan cheese 
3 tbsps, grated 
Italian-seasoned bread crumbs 
10 tbsps 
Onion 
3 tbsps, diced
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, beat eggs and juice. Add cheese and Italian bread crumbs. Stir well. Fold in tuna and 3 tbsps diced onion. Season the mixture with pepper. Shape into 1-inch-thick patties.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add patties and cook for 5 min each side (until golden brown). Enjoy your Tuna Patties!
