Irish Truffles Recipe: The holiday season is over. It doesnt't mean you need to stop eating boozy desserts, though.

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 18
Semisweet chocolate chips 
2 cups 
Heavy cream 
3 tbsp
Pinch kosher salt 
1 pinch
Irish cream 
1/4 cup
White chocolate chips 
1 1/2 cup
Coconut oil 
2 tsp
Cinnamon sugar 
 for sprinkling
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Add semisweet chocolate. Add cream. Melt. 
  2. Remove from heat. Add Irish cream and salt. Stir. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.
  3. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave (20-second intervals). 
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  5. Make chocolate balls using a scoop. Arrange the balls on the baking sheet. With a fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate until coated. Place the chocolate balls on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate. Serve and enjoy your Irish Cream White Chocolate Truffles!
