This Focaccia bread with crispy edges is packed with herbs and flavor!
INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour
2 3/4 cups
Salt
1 tsp
White sugar
1 tsp
Olive oil
1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp
Mozzarella
1 cup
Active dry yeast
1 tbsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Dried oregano
1 tsp
Dried basil
1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper
1 pinch
Vegetable oil
1 tbsp
Dried thyme
1 tsp
Water
1 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Stir together all-purpose flour, yeast, garlic powder, salt, sugar, dried oregano, thyme, basil, and ground black pepper in a bowl. Add vegetable oil and water. Mix well.
- When the bread dough is ready, turn it out onto a floured working surface. Knead until smooth.
- Oil a bowl. Place the dough in it and turn to coat. Cover and keep in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C). Grease a abking sheet.
- Punch down the dough. Place on the sheet. Pat the dough into a rectangle (about 1/2-inch thick).
- Brush the top of the dough with oil. Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Bake for 15 minutes (until it turns golden). Serve. Enjoy your Italian Focaccio Bread!
