You only need peanut butter, coconut oil, and chocolate to make these keto-friendly Peanut Butter Cups.

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 12
Sugar-free chocolate chips 
2 1/2 cup
Coconut oil, divided 
2 1/2 tbsp
Sugar-free smooth peanut butter 
3/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare a muffin tray by lining it with cupcake liners. 
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and oil (1 tablespoon). Melt in the microwave on HIGH, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. 
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Tilt the tin to coat the bottom 2/3 of the liners. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until hardened. 
  4. Stir together peanut butter and melted oil. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag. Pipe 1 tablespoon of the peanut mixture on top of the chocolate. 
  5. Reheat the remaining chocolate. Cover the peanut butter with chocolate. Smooth out the top. Refrigerate for 15 minutes more. Serve and enjoy your Keto Peanut Butter cups.
