You only need peanut butter, coconut oil, and chocolate to make these keto-friendly Peanut Butter Cups.

Sugar-free chocolate chips
2 1/2 cup
Coconut oil, divided
2 1/2 tbsp
Sugar-free smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a muffin tray by lining it with cupcake liners.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and oil (1 tablespoon). Melt in the microwave on HIGH, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Tilt the tin to coat the bottom 2/3 of the liners. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until hardened.
- Stir together peanut butter and melted oil. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag. Pipe 1 tablespoon of the peanut mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Reheat the remaining chocolate. Cover the peanut butter with chocolate. Smooth out the top. Refrigerate for 15 minutes more. Serve and enjoy your Keto Peanut Butter cups.
