This breaded shrimp is easy, delicious, and guilt-free!
INGREDIENTS

Pork rinds
6 oz
Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup, grated
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Dried oregano
1/2 tsp
Chili powder
1 tsp
Paprika
1/2 tsp
Salt
to taste
Ground black pepper
to taste
Eggs
2, beaten
Shrimp
1 lb
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 450° F (220° C/Gas mark 8). Use a cooking spray to prepare a rimmed baking sheet.
- Crush pork rinds into crumbs in a food processor. Place the crushed pork rinds in a bowl. Whisk in the grated cheese, garlic powder, oregano, chili, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Pour eggs into a separate shallow bowl. Then, dredge the shrimp in the eggs. Coat the shrimp in the dry mixture.
- Arrange the shrimp on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until crispy. Serve and enjoy your Breaded Shrimp!
