Easy and delicious, Kladdkaka is probably the most popular dessert in Sweden!
INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour
1/2 cup
Vanilla extract
1 tbsps
Butter
1/2 cup, melted
Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup
Salt
1 pinch
Eggs
2
White sugar
1 1/2 cups
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300° F (150° C). Prepare a 8-inch pie plate by greasing it.
- In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa, and salt. Stir eggs into sugar until smooth in a separate bowl. Add the cocoa mixture and stir. Add vanilla and butter. Stir well. Pour the mixture into the pie plate.
- Bake on the lower rack for 35 minutes (until the center of the cake has set). Let it cool for 1 hour. Serve warm and enjoy your Kladdkaka Cake!
