These Korean-style short ribs are super-tender, delicious, and addictive!
INGREDIENTS

Minced garlic

Large onion, minced

Korean-style short ribs
3 lbs, (beef chuck flanken, cut 1/3-inch thick)
Water
3/4 cup
Soy sauce
3/4 cup
White vinegar
3 tbsps
Dark brown sugar
1/4 cup
White sugar
2 tbsps
Black pepper
1 tbsp
Sesame oil
2 tbsps
DIRECTIONS
- Pour soy sauce, white vinegar, and water into a non-metallic bowl.
- Add brown sugar, black pepper, oil, white sugar, minced garlic, and minced onion. Stir.
- Submerge beef in the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for about 12 hours.
- Preheat a grill (medium-high). Remove the beef from the mixture. Cook each side for about 5 minutes (until the meat is no longer pink). Serve. Enjoy your Beef Galbi!
