This delicious homemade fudge is cooker with leftover caramel candy.
INGREDIENTS

Butter
½ cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup
Brown sugar
¼ cup
Milk
¼ cup
Confectioner’s sugar
3 ½ cups
Vanilla extract
1 tsp
Wrapped caramels, unwrapped

Water
1 tbsp
Salted peanuts
2 cups
Semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup
Milk chocolate chips
½ cup
Candy corn
DIRECTIONS
- Smear a 8x8-in pan with cooking grease.
- Add butter, cocoa powder, brown sugar and milk to a microwave-safe bowl. Nuke on full power to boil. Add confectioner’s sugar and vanilla, stir well. Spread onto the pan.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, nuke caramels with water until melted completely. Mix in peanuts; spread over the chocolate layer.
- Combine milk and semisweet chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Nuke until melted, spread over the caramel. Chill for 2 hours until firm and cut into serving-size pieces.
