INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Oil 
Onion 
1, finely chopped
Ginger
1 piece (about 3 inches), peeled, grated
Garlic 
3 cloves, grated
Red chili
1, deseeded, chopped
Cumin seeds 
1 tsp
Ground turmeric 
1/2 tsp
Ground coriander 
1 tsp
Paprika 
1/2 tsp
Garam masala 
1/2 tsp
Tomatoes 
2 cups, chopped
Tomato puree 
1 tbsp
Mango chutney 
1 tbsp (optional)
Yogurt 
2 tbsp (optional)
Double cream 
1/2 cup
Leftover roast turkey
1 lb, cut into chunks
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium. Add onions. Cook for 10 minutes, or until golden. Add grated ginger, garlic, chili, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes, or until a paste forms. Add tomato puree, chutney, and chopped tomatoes. Bring the mixer to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add cream and yogurt. Bring to a simmer. Add turkey. Keep cooking until the turkey is hot. Remove from heat. Serve with rice. Enjoy your Easy Turkey Tikka Masala!
