INGREDIENTS

Unsalted butter
½ cup, softened
Thyme
2 tbsps, finely minced
Basil
2 tbsps, fresh, finely minced
Flat-leaf parsley
2 tbsps, finely minced
Oregano
2 tbsps, fresh, finely minced
Lemon juice
2 tbsps
Lemon zest
2 tsps
Salt
½ tsp
Black pepper
½ tsp
DIRECTIONS
  • Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Stretch plastic wrap over the bowl, put it in the fridge, and keep it there until the mixture is firm enough.
  • Put a heaping tablespoon of the mixture over a warm steak, and serve.
