INGREDIENTS
Servings: 6
Dry brown lentils
¾ cup
Brown rice
½ cup, uncooked
Wheat germ
½ cup
Dry bread crumbs
1 ½ cups
Eggs 
Onion, small diced 
1
Dried thyme
1 tsp
Crushed tomatoes
1/3 cup
Hot sauce
2 tsps
Ketchup
2 tbsps
Soy sauce
1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup, shredded
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pre-heat oven to 325°F/165°C/Gas Mark 3. Boil lentils following the directions on the package. Cook the brown rice.
  2. Mash lentils with a fork in a large bowl. Mix in wheat germ, rice, bread crumbs, onions, eggs, thyme, crushed tomatoes, ketchup, soy sauce and cheese. Press into a loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for an hour.
