INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Lemon juice 
2 tbsps
Olive oil 
2 tbsps
Sea salt 
to taste
Garlic 
2 tbsps, minced
Curry powder 
2 tsps
Ground cumin 
1 tsp
Ground black pepper 
to taste
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb, thinly sliced 
Whole-wheat pitas 
4 6-inch 
Romaine lettuce 
for serving
SAUCE:
Plain whole-milk yogurt 
3/4 cup
Tahini paste 
1/4 cup
Garlic 
1 tbsp, minced
Fresh lemon juice 
1 tbsp
Lemon zest
2 tsps, minced
Sea salt
to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine 2 tbsp juice, 2 tbsp minced garlic, curry powder, cumin, and olive oil in a bowl. Then, season with salt and ground black pepper. Add thinly sliced chicken breasts. Toss to coat. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes. 
  2. To make the sauce, whisk together yogurt, tahini, garlic (1 tbsp), lemon zest, lemon juice (1 tbsp), and sea salt. Refrigerate. 
  3. Preheat a grill to medium-high. Prepare the grate by oiling it. Grill the chicken breasts for 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Then, grill pitas for 1 minute on each side, or until toasted.
  5. Spread 2 tbsps sauce on each pita. Top with romaine, grilled chicken breasts, and vegetables. Roll up firmly. Press the loose end to the hot dry pan to make it keep its shape.
