INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Lean ground beef 
1 lb
Dried breadcrumbs 
1 cup
Milk 
1/2 cup
Egg 
1, beaten
Ketchup 
2 tbsp
Yellow onion 
1/2 cup, diced
Worcestershire sauce 
1 tbsp
Dried parsley leaves 
1 tsp
Salt 
3/4 tsp
Ground black pepper 
1/4 tsp
Garlic powder 
1/2 tsp
Ketchup 
1/4 cup
Packed light brown sugar 
2 tbsp
Red wine vinegar 
1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4).
  2. Combine beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup (2 tbsp), onion, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well. 
  3. Transfer to a loaf pan. Pat down into an even layer. 
  4. Then, combine brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar in a bowl. Pour over the meatloaf. 
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes. Before slicing, allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
