INGREDIENTS
Servings: 24
Ground beef
2 lbs.
Onion soup mix
1 (1.25 oz.) envelope
Mayonnaise
½ cup
Cheddar cheese
2 cups, shredded
Dinner rolls
24, split
Pickles
½ cups, sliced (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Take a baking sheet, cover it with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Prepare a large skillet and combine the beef and the soup mix in it. Cook over a medium-high heat, stirring, until the beef is crumbly and no longer pink.
  4. Discard the grease, drain, and remove from the heat.
  5. Add mayonnaise and cheese and mix well.
  6. Place the lower parts of dinner rolls in the baking sheet and place the beef mixture on the boot of each roll half.
  7. Replace the tops. Spray another sheet of foil with cooking spray and cover the burgers with it.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the burgers are well-heated and the cheese melts. Add sliced pickles.
