An easy way to start the day or finish it!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Eggs
4, hard-boiled, cooled, peeled
Light mayonnaise
2 tbsp.
Dijon mustard
1 tsp.
Salt
to taste
Fresh pepper
to taste
Paprika
to taste
Chives
2 tbsp., chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the eggs in halves lengthwise, remove the egg yolks, and put them in a bowl.
- Add all the ingredients but chives and paprika to the egg yolks (from mayonnaise to pepper), stir well, and put the mixture back to egg whites.
- Top with chives and paprika.
