INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Zucchini
3
Pork sausage
1 lb.
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Bread crumbs
1 cup, dry
Parmesan cheese
½ cup, grated
Spaghetti sauce
1 (32 oz.) jar
Mozzarella cheese
½ cup, shredded
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Trim zucchini stems and slice zucchini lengthwise.
  3. Remove the seeds and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add the next 4 ingredients (from sausage to parmesan).
  5. Stuff the squash with the mixture and put in a 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Pour the spaghetti sauce over the squash and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the sausage is ready.
  8. Remove the foil and sprinkle the dish with mozzarella. Cook until the cheese melts.
