INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour
2 ½ cups
Cocoa powder
¼ cup, unsweetened
Baking soda
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Butter
1 cup
Brown sugar
¾ cup
White sugar
¾ cup
2 large eggs
Vanilla extract
2 tbsp
Chocolate-hazelnut spread (Nutella)
½ cup
Hazelnuts
½ cup, chopped and toasted
Chocolate chips
1 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. While preheating oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4, grease a baking sheet or put baking paper on it.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl and whisk the mixture until there are no lumps.
  3. Use a mixer to beat butter, brown and white sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one and beat until completely combined. Add vanilla and chocolate-hazelnut spread.
  4. Gradually blend in flour mixture until well combined. Add chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips. Spoon the dough on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake in oven for about 12 minutes until edges become dry. Cool for 1 minute before placing on a wire rack.
