INGREDIENTS

Olive oil
½ cup, extra-virgin
Onion
1, large, chopped
Garlic
6 cloves, crushed
White wine
1 cup (not too sweet)
Butter
6 tbsp.
Jumbo frozen shrimp
1 lb., precooked, thawed
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Angel hair pasta
1 package
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare water in a bowl for cooking the pasta and bring it to a boil.
- Add olive oil to a skillet and heat. Add onion and garlic and cook over a high heat until onions become translucent.
- Pour the wine in the skillet, reduce the heat to low and cook for about 5 minutes or until the alcohol smell is gone.
- Add shrimp and cook until the dish is warmed through.
- Add butter and cook until melted, then reduce the heat to low. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook pasta in the bowl until ready according to the package instructions (for about 2 to 3 minutes). Serve pasta with shrimp.
