A perfect weeknight dinner variant for a family of four!
INGREDIENTS

Vegetable oil
1 tbsp.
Chicken breast halves
4, boneless, skinless
Fat-free cream of chicken soup
10 ¾ oz., 98%
Water
1 ½ cups
Paprika
¼ tp.
Pepper
¼ tsp.
Instant white rice
2 cups, uncooked
Broccoli florets
2 cups, fresh or frozen
DIRECTIONS
- Add oil to a skillet and heat it. Add chicken and cook until the chicken is browned.
- Remove the chicken and add the next four ingredients (from soup to pepper); stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and add the remaining ingredients. Top the dish with chicken pieces.
- Season chicken with pepper and paprika, cover, and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes or until the dish is ready.
