Oven-Baked French Fries: This healthier version of French fries only requires 3 ingredients.

Large baking potatoes

Olive oil

Seasoned salt

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4).
- Cut potatoes into fries. Let them soak in ice water for 30 minutes. Dry well. Then, toss with olive oil and salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, turn up to 425° F (210° C/Gas mark 7). Bake for 20 minutes, or until the Homemade Baked French Fries are golden. Serve and enjoy!
