Large baking potatoes

Olive oil 
2 tbsp
Seasoned salt 
1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C/Gas mark 4). 
  2. Cut potatoes into fries. Let them soak in ice water for 30 minutes. Dry well. Then, toss with olive oil and salt. 
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, turn up to 425° F (210° C/Gas mark 7). Bake for 20 minutes, or until the Homemade Baked French Fries are golden. Serve and enjoy!
