INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Corn
8 ears, cleaned
Unsalted butter
2 stick (8 tbsp.), at room temperature
Kosher salt
to taste
Black pepper- freshly ground, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 400° F/200° C/Gas Mark 6.
- Prepare a baking sheet and line it with aluminum foil.
- Put corn on a baking sheet.
- Reserve ½ of the butter and spread the remaining part of the butter on the whole ear of corn.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper (about 1 tsp. of each).
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until it starts to brown turning occasionally.
- Remove the corn from the oven and spread the remaining part of the butter over its top. If desired, sprinkle with more pepper. Serve.
