INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Corn
8 ears, cleaned
Unsalted butter
2 stick (8 tbsp.), at room temperature
Kosher salt
to taste
Black pepper- freshly ground, to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 400° F/200° C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with aluminum foil.
  3. Put corn on a baking sheet.
  4. Reserve ½ of the butter and spread the remaining part of the butter on the whole ear of corn.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (about 1 tsp. of each).
  6. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until it starts to brown turning occasionally.
  7. Remove the corn from the oven and spread the remaining part of the butter over its top. If desired, sprinkle with more pepper. Serve.
