Salmon fillets 
4 (4 oz)
Parmesan cheese 
1/4 cup, grated
Extra-virgin olive oil 
1 tbsp
Italian seasoning 
1 tsp
Garlic powder 
1/8 tsp
Fresh lemon juice 
1 1/2 tbsps
Salt
to taste
Ground black pepper 
to taste
Panko bread crumbs 
1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F (220° C).

  2. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it. 

  3. Put fish in the prepared pan. Sprinkle the fillets with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, oil, cheese, seasoning, and garlic powder. Sprinkle it over the fillets. 

  4. Bake for 20 min (until lightly browned and flakes easily with a fork). Enjoy your Parmesan Salmon!
