Serve this delicious Orecchiette Pasta Salad hot or cold.
INGREDIENTS

Orecchiette
1 lb
Extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup
Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Ground black pepper
to taste
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Cherry tomatoes
1 pt., halved
Basil
1/4 cup, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Pour water into a pot. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Cook orecchiette following the package's instructions. Drain.
- Whisk together oil and vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Add orecchiette. Add tomatoes. Toss to combine. Before serving, garnish with basil. Chill for 1 hour. Enjoy!
