This delicious pasta with tuna is the answer to your weeknight dinner needs!
INGREDIENTS

Macaroni
2 cups
Butter
2 tbsps
Brown onions, small diced
2
Plain flour
4 tbsps
Skim milk
4 cups
Dijon mustard
2 tbsps
Light cheese
1 cup, grated
Tuna in brine
1 can
Fresh parsley
3 tbsps, chopped
Wholegrain breadcrumbs
1 cup
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F/180° C/ Gas Mark 4.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and run under cold water.
- Melt butter in a large pan. Add diced onions, fry until translucent. Stir in the flour, cook for another minute and remove from heat.
- Add skim milk, whisk well. Return to heat and bring to boil.
- Remove from heat. Mix in Dijon mustard, grated cheese and tuna.
- Add pasta, mix until well combined. Spoon (or pour) into a baking dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake until the top is golden (about 20 minutes).
- Serve sprinkled with parsley.
