INGREDIENTS

Oats
½ cup
Almond milk
½ cup
Chia seeds
½ tsp.
Peanut butter
1 ½ tbsp.
Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp.
Banana
1
Chocolate chips
a few
Maple syrup
optional
DIRECTIONS
- Add half of the banana to a bowl and mash it. Save the rest for the topping or just eat it.
- Add oats and almond milk and stir well.
- Add peanut butter, chia seeds, and vanilla and pour the mixture into a mason jar. Tighten a lid on and keep it in the fridge overnight.
- Top with the rest of banana and chocolate chips and drizzle with maple syrup if desired. Serve.
