INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Oats
½ cup
Almond milk
½ cup
Chia seeds
½ tsp.
Peanut butter
1 ½ tbsp.
Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp.
Banana
1
Chocolate chips
a few
Maple syrup
optional
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add half of the banana to a bowl and mash it. Save the rest for the topping or just eat it.
  2. Add oats and almond milk and stir well.
  3. Add peanut butter, chia seeds, and vanilla and pour the mixture into a mason jar. Tighten a lid on and keep it in the fridge overnight.
  4. Top with the rest of banana and chocolate chips and drizzle with maple syrup if desired. Serve.
