INGREDIENTS

Refrigerated pie crust
1
Eggs
3
Sugar
1 cup
Darn corn syrup
2/3 cup
Butter
1/3 cup, melted
Salt
1/8 tsp.
Vanilla extract
1 tsp.
Chopped pecans
1 ½ cups
Vanilla ice cream
for serving
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare a crock pot and spray its inner part with cooking spray.
  2. Put the pie crust in the crock pot and mold it in a way it repeats the shape of the crock pot bowl.
  3. Combine the next six ingredients (from eggs to vanilla extract) and stir until mixed well.
  4. Add pecans, stir well. Leave about half of them to arrange later on the top of the filling.
  5. Pour the prepared filling into the pie crust and top with the reserved pecans.
  6. Cover the cook on High for 2 ½ to 3 hours.
