Refrigerated pie crust

Eggs

Sugar
1 cup
Darn corn syrup
2/3 cup
Butter
1/3 cup, melted
Salt
1/8 tsp.
Vanilla extract
1 tsp.
Chopped pecans
1 ½ cups
Vanilla ice cream
for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a crock pot and spray its inner part with cooking spray.
- Put the pie crust in the crock pot and mold it in a way it repeats the shape of the crock pot bowl.
- Combine the next six ingredients (from eggs to vanilla extract) and stir until mixed well.
- Add pecans, stir well. Leave about half of them to arrange later on the top of the filling.
- Pour the prepared filling into the pie crust and top with the reserved pecans.
- Cover the cook on High for 2 ½ to 3 hours.
