This dessert kills two birds with one stone – it’s very easy and equally delicious!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Flour
1 1/3 cups
Baking powder
4 tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Sugar
2 tbsp.
Eggs
2, separated
Butter
½ cup, melted
Milk
1 ¾ cups
DIRECTIONS
- Add all the dry ingredients (from flour to sugar) to a large mixing bowl and whisk.
- Separate the eggs. Egg the egg yolks to the dry mixture and place the egg whites in s mall mixing bowl.
- Beat the egg whites until they’re moderately stiff and set aside.
- Add milk and butter to the dry ingredients and bled well.
- Add the egg whites to the batter, stir gently, then ladle the mixture into the hot waffle iron, and bake until ready.
