INGREDIENTS
Servings: 8
Flour
1 1/3 cups
Baking powder
4 tsp.
Salt
½ tsp.
Sugar
2 tbsp.
Eggs
2, separated
Butter
½ cup, melted
Milk
1 ¾ cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all the dry ingredients (from flour to sugar) to a large mixing bowl and whisk.
  2. Separate the eggs. Egg the egg yolks to the dry mixture and place the egg whites in s mall mixing bowl.
  3. Beat the egg whites until they’re moderately stiff and set aside.
  4. Add milk and butter to the dry ingredients and bled well.
  5. Add the egg whites to the batter, stir gently, then ladle the mixture into the hot waffle iron, and bake until ready.
