Pink Lemonade: Try this refreshing lemonade with a healthy and delicious twist!
INGREDIENTS

Fresh lemon juice
1 cup
Ice cubes
Fresh rhubarb stalks
for garnish
Water
5 1/4 cups, divided
White sugar
1 1/4 cups
Fresh rhubarb
1 cup, sliced
Salt
1 pinch
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, combine 1 1/4 cups water, rhubarb, white sugar, and salt. Stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking for 6 minutes until it reaches the consistency of syrup.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve set over a jar. Chill for 1 hour.
- Pour the syrup in a large pitcher. Add 4 cups of water, lemon juice, and stir. Chill. Serve with ice and rhubarb stalks. Enjoy your Pink Lemonade!
