You won't believe how easy this scalloped potatoes recipe is!
INGREDIENTS

Unsalted butter
for the baking dish
Heavy cream
3 cups
Prepared horseradish
1/4 cup
Ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp
Salt
to taste
Ground black pepper
to taste
Russet potatoes
3 lbs, peeled, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C/Gas mark 5). Prepare a baking dish by buttering it.
- Combine heavy cream, ground nutmeg, horseradish, salt, and ground black pepper in a bowl. Add sliced potatoes. Toss to coat. Transfer to the dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then, remove the aluminum foil. Bake for 50 minutes, until tender. Serve and enjoy your Potato Gratin with Horseradish!
