This 7-ingredient pumpkin soup is the perfect fall dinner. Serve with a hunk of bread!

Olive oil

Pure pumpkin
1 (29-oz) can
Chicken broth
2 (14.5-oz) cans
Heavy cream
12 cups
Pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsps
Salt
3/4 tsp
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, heat oil over medium-high. Add onion. Cook until soft.
- Add pumpkin, broth, heavy cream, spice, and salt. Stirring occasionally, cook for 3 minutes, or until simmers.
- Ladle the pumpkin soup into bowls. Dress it up with croutons or pumpkin seeds if desired. Serve and enjoy!
