This chili is unbelievably tasty, plus you can build on it by adding all your favorite chili ingredients
INGREDIENTS

Vegetable oil
1 tbsp.
Onion
1 cup, chopped
½ green bell pepper, chopped
½
½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
½
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Ground turkey
1 lb.
Diced tomatoes
1 can (14.5 oz.)
Pumpkin puree
2 cups
Black beans
1 can
Corn
1 can
Chili powder
1 ½ tbsp.
Ground black pepper
½ tsp.
Salt
¼ tsp.
Cheddar cheese
½ cup, freshly shredded
Sour cream
½ cup
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the onions in vegetable oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add both bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until tender.
- Add ground turkey; cook and stir until browned.
- Add pumpkin puree, tomatoes, beans, and corn; mix to combine.
- Season with spices and salt. Torn heat down to low; cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve topped with sour cream and cheddar.
