Chicken breasts and a few spices are all you need for this simple dish!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Chicken breast halves
2, skinless, boneless
Lemon
1
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Dried oregano
1 pinch
Fresh parsley
2 sprigs, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on chicken. Season with salt and leave it while you heat the oil in a small skillet over a medium low heat.
- When the oil is hot enough, add the chicken to the skillet.
- When sautéing the chicken, add juices from another lemon half, pepper, and oregano. Sauté for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear.
- Serve the chicken with parsley.
