Quick and Delicious Herb Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 2
Chicken breast halves
2, skinless, boneless
Lemon
1
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Olive oil
1 tbsp.
Dried oregano
1 pinch
Fresh parsley
2 sprigs, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on chicken. Season with salt and leave it while you heat the oil in a small skillet over a medium low heat.
  2. When the oil is hot enough, add the chicken to the skillet.
  3. When sautéing the chicken, add juices from another lemon half, pepper, and oregano. Sauté for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear.
  4. Serve the chicken with parsley.
