Almond flour
3 tbsp., can be substituted for coconut flour
Egg

Baking powder
½ tsp.
Salt
¼ tsp. or a pinch
Butter
1 tbsp., melted
Butter
1 tbsp., optional
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a small microwave-safe bowl (about 4-in. wide at the bottom) and pour all the ingredients (but the optional butter) in it.
- Whisk the mixture with a fork.
- Put the bowl in a microwave and cook for 90 seconds.
- Remove the bread from the microwave and let it cool down.
- Cut in half and serve OR fry the bread on both sides in a skillet with 1 tbsp. butter.
