Just like classic meatballs but are much faster to prepare and easy to eat!
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Ground beef
1 lb.
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Egg
1, slightly beaten
Soft breadcrumbs
½ cup, soft
Tomato sauce
1 ½ cups, divided
Italian seasoning
½ tsp.
Garlic powder
1 tsp.
Brown sugar
1 tsp.
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 375° F/190° C/Gas Mark 5.
- Combine the first four ingredients (from beef to breadcrumbs) and ½ cup tomato sauce and a bowl and form 4 loaves.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients (from Italian seasoning to brown sugar) and the rest of tomato sauce.
- Place the meatloaves in a small casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes.
- Cover with the sauce and bake for 10 more minutes.
