These quick and saucy meatloaves are something your dear ones are going to fall in love with!

INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Ground beef
1 lb.
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Egg
1, slightly beaten
Soft breadcrumbs
½ cup
Tomato sauce
1 ½ cups, divided
Italian seasoning
½ tsp.
Garlic powder
1 tsp.
Brown sugar
1 tsp.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 375° F/190° C/Gas Mark 5.
  2. Combine the first five ingredients (from beef to breadcrumbs) with ½ cup tomato sauce in a big bowl. Form 4 meatloaves.
  3. Combine the rest of the tomato sauce with all the remaining ingredients (from Italian seasoning to brown sugar).
  4. Put the meatloaves in a small casserole dish and cook for 20 minutes, uncovered.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatloaves and bake for 10 more minutes.
