This pumpkin cake is a wonderful fall idea for those who want to try something deliciously easy!
INGREDIENTS

Yellow cake mix
1 (18.25 oz.) package
Pumpkin puree
1 (15 oz.) can
Vegetable oil
1/3 cup
Eggs
2
Pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp.
Cream cheese
¾ cup, softened
Butter
½ cup, softened
Vanilla extract
1 tbsp.
Confectioners’ sugar
3 cups
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
- Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Take a bowl and combine the first five ingredients (from the cake mix to pie spice) in it. Pour the batter in the pan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool down.
- Beat the next three ingredients (from cream cheese to vanilla extract) in a bowl until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
- Add confectioners’ sugar gradually while beating and spread the frosting over the cake.
