INGREDIENTS
Servings: 30
Yellow cake mix
1 (18.25 oz.) package
Pumpkin puree
1 (15 oz.) can
Vegetable oil
1/3 cup
Eggs
2
Pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp.
Cream cheese
¾ cup, softened
Butter
½ cup, softened
Vanilla extract
1 tbsp.
Confectioners’ sugar
3 cups
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F/175° C/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Take a bowl and combine the first five ingredients (from the cake mix to pie spice) in it. Pour the batter in the pan.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool down.
  6. Beat the next three ingredients (from cream cheese to vanilla extract) in a bowl until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
  7. Add confectioners’ sugar gradually while beating and spread the frosting over the cake.
